Doesn't matter. It's a comic. Everything always goes back to square one.

Even though it's not a comic I still have to go against this statement. Been reading comics for decades so I can most certainly attest, most things most certainly do not go back to square one. Changes happen albeit slowly sometimes. Status Quo changes.

Who are the Autobots at war with?
Who's Peter Parker Married to?
Does Batman have any Kids?
What's Wonderwoman's origin?
Who's the leader of the X-men?

So yeah things do change a lot.

Indubitably. We all know that Status Quo Is God. It was never a question of "if" but "when and how?".

Besides, the Justice League is all about keeping order. Permanently exiling Hawkgirl from the JL would only result in an inability to maximize their capacity to safeguard the Earth from endless hordes of villains, extraterrestrial and interdimensional bad guys whom are all certifiably "Evil" with a capital "E".

Really? They seemed to get along fine without her.
