the bottom line is they arent proving it was her and not her kids or another person she knows because again maybe she let her kids get on and they didnt know they were doing something wrong

The bottom line is, regardless of what the courts can prove, she more than probably did it.

If you want to get all OJ Simpson on this thread, go for it, but it's pretty clear that she willfully downloaded 1700 songs.
