Generally by girlfriends at my request, or self administration with a nightstick or belt. For me, it's a kink. I've had some birds think I was a bit mental for sweating bullets and hissing "HARDER" through clenched teeth, but generally it's been appreciated as a fun curiosity. Extensive experience has given me an attenuation for what's just very hurtful versus what's actually HARMFUL. My interest is in extreme sensation, not injury.

I don't remember ever getting kicked or otherwise hit in that region, but I can imagine that it hurts a whole hell of a lot after all it is incredibly sensitive down there.
Yes but not for a good while. you develop a reflex. A couple of times at work I've had guys try to grab my scrotum and twist. It's one of the reasons I always wear loose pants at work.
On a similar topic only today in a hurry to go to training I accidentally caught a small piece of myself in my zip leaving the bathroom.
No lie, I was paralysed in pain for about ten minutes. All I could do was alternate between pleading for my girlfriend to come in and help me and scream swearwords at the uncaring universe.

I took a punt to my nuts once and I threw up almost 3 seconds after.
It was horrible.
***** kicked me because I called her one for cutting in a line.
Thankfully it was an "open foot" kick and not the toe of her shoes so the damage was spread over a wider area.
The folks in the line told her to get the fuck out after she did that.
Every other time has been an accident. Say a ruck in rugby or an unexpected ball-on-ball encounter in some other sport.

I haven't been kicked so much as had a baseball hit me there. When I was little, the coach would stand in front of the pitcher and throw for practice and I had the luck of him standing completely in front of me and jumping out of the way of a line ball. I didn't get to move...
A few glancing blows but never a direct hit. I seem to have been much luckier than many in this thread.
I have been flicked in the balls, in the locker room after PE (I was probably 13-14). It hurt like hell, but I don't think there was any malice behind it. The guy was just curious about what would happen.

I was kicked there once in grade 5 on purpose by a bitchy classmate I was teasing.

Seriously, I think it hurt more than when I broke my arm and when I dislocated my shoulder combined. That feeling you get in your stomach, the way your legs turn to jelly and the way your mind goes blank and your whole body begins to burn up is tremendously traumatizing.
Seriously ladies, NEVER kick a man in the nads unless it's your absolute last resort. We aren't lying when we tell you it's the worst kind of physical pain you can inflict upon a man.

Well I've been doing tae-kwon-do for 7 years when I was a teenager, and sometimes sabum nim would put me to spar with one particular wicked girl who favored all kinda attacks on my crotch (although rules of tae-kwon-do expressly forbid it). After being hit in the balls about a dozen times I've developed a pretty effective defense. Never again have my balls been in danger.
Yeah, if I remember correctly, this condition is called testicular torsion. It's kinda fucked up that doctors didn't know what it was, since it is textbook for first thing you should check for when patient is experiencing acute testicular pain. Uhh I do remember that pain... getting kicked in elementary or getting hit by a ball in PE several times over the years.
