Well, none fo them have a substantial enough amount of character development to justify the choice of one over the others, so I'm going with Francis, because he has a cool leather vest and tatoos.

Louis, because when he stands from a distance to Zoey, and you press "Z" while aiming at her(the radial menu for ingame remarks. Just pressing Z means look, where the character will comment on the thing he is looking at, e.g. weapons, pills, other characters, etc.), Louis says "Zoey" in such an adorable way. It's too bleeding funny. He sounds like a retarded puppy falling in love, it's absolutely beautiful and so romantic. That only gets my vote.
My second choice goes to Zoey, because the way she does the same thing, shouting other characters name, is just too funny.

I can't decide between Bill or Louis.
Bill is a badass war vet who is the only one among them who should know how to use a gun. Plus he has the mouth of a sailor. I always have to use the m16 as Bill, or I feel out of character.
Louis is the lovable doofus, and whenever you make a stupid, team destroying mistake, you're just staying in character. Plus, he loves his peels.
Francis is a jackass, and Zoey is just a token girl.

I vote Louis because he's got the designer shoes and watch. My second choice would of course be Zoey because she reminds me of Claire Redfield from Resident Evil; plus the zombie setting just reminds me of her even more.
