Poll: League of Legends Twisted Treeline revamped

So I just watched the video on new new twisted treeline that is coming to League of Legends and while I do think its a good idea too add some new content, I don't think they should get rid of the old map. Why not have a classic and new map option for the 3v3 and add more variety to the game choices in LoL? So I wanted to gauge what you other league of legends players think. Should we just throw out the old in with the new or do you agree with me and prefer both maps be playable?

Let's be honest, nobody played Twisted Treeline. At all. The new map seems like it's a huge improvement and the old one should be removed simply to avoid diluting the already small pool of players interested in a 3v3 map.

i actually played the old one quite a lot, it was pretty fun.

anyways, i havent played it yet but it looks pretty neat

Yeah I think out of my 2800+ games played like 20 of them were twisted treeline.

Good thing they are revamping it, maybe a revamp of summoners rift later aswell

Seriously though, I'm glad they revamped it. Me and 2 friends went 5-0 on the old map by just picking 3 bruisers each time and it was really imbalanced. The new items are sweet and that they're doing it halloween-y is really cool cause it works on that map really well.

Fuck creepy spiders though ;-;

It's a lot of fun, You hardly seem to spend any time in the lanes at all, it moves the 3 v 3 tactics even further away from 5 v 5. It's just constant ganks and jungle battles.

I like it, and I might start playing 3 v 3s regularly now

Why the dick do they have to remove features and maps.

Adding an autumn map and removing the winter one
Adding a winter map and removing the autumn one
Ignoring Magma Chamber
Changing TT to something that isn't anything like TT, without just making a new map and keeping the already fun TT
Etc.

Never really played any modes on legue aside from 5v5 as i believe that's what the game is "balanced" around.

Although i don't play league these days so couldn't comment.

But why restrict content to 3 maps? Even if you didn't care for treeline, wouldn't you prefer more choices when playing a game than less? I'm not against new content, but they could keep some variety, and this new treeline looks like 3v3 dominion and if anything was unbalanced its dominion.

I used to play the old one quite a bit with some friends and while fun it had a lot of flaws. We played a couple of games on the new one last night and it is great!

So far it seems to have toned the aggression up to 11 which is what we wanted on TT anyway. Just laning doesn't really cut it, you need to be constantly moving about and ganking the other lane as well as securing your altars in the jungle.

The lack of wards adds a lot more to the level since you can never be sure your safe and you need to rely on your teamates to come help you if there is a fight. The altars are an interesting touch, because of them you NEED to secure your jungle.

The new jungle is also pretty nice, I especially like the speed platform in the middle and the easier to gank lanes, so far the whole map seems to be a completely agression based map where you only lane for a few levels at most then spend most of your time in the jungle.

LOL, a 3 bruiser team basically assures you a win now.
