Ashley always annoyed me, so I sent her to the grave without a second thought. That and I play soldier class, which makes her quite expendable.

I wasn't a fan of Tali.

Kaiden, on the other hand, was an enormous badass. I'm pretty sure he killed a douchebag teacher WITH HIS MIND when he was a teenager.

he did... but the rest of his life he seems to regret THAT and just seems to WANT to be mellow. mellow don't cut it in intergalactic (planetary) conflicts.

OT: Fighting worst: liara
Less likable: Garrus.

Sure, even if you're going for the "evil" shepard, he's just... kind of just going along with the ride... not necessarily taking JOY in being an badass like shepard.

I hated Kaiden because his VA played Carth Onasi in KotOR, and I fucking hated that guy. His voice just pisses me off.

It's clearly something that Bioware can improve upon. All the characters are just a bit contrived, a bit off.

The way these Bioware games work, with the influence and morality decisions and the variable story lines maybe they need to be that way. Maybe it would be less enjoyable to some players when the characters don't always react they way you expect? Also considering the way they write they story, supposedly with a whole team of writers they probably can't allow the characters to be too complicated or too natural.
I don't know. The way Bioware focuses on them doesn't help either.

Anyone who wasn`t called Rex (except me obviously) but i guess i`d have to go with either Kaidan or Tali neither of them really did anything that Rex couldn`t do better
