A Majora's Mask remake would be more welcome because the story and setting are phenomenal. Gameplay and design is still aged poorly though.

Seconded, or thirded or wherever we are in the thread at this point. (I can't be arsed to check.) Wind Waker's graphics were already pretty clean from the start; that's one of the reasons I liked it so much back in the day. MM is my all-time favorite Zelda, however, since it's one of the few (along with WW) that really manages to give the player something resembling an accessible, open world to explore.

Plus, an HD remake might be a good excuse to throw in a few more masks...
