[HEADING=2]LET'S PLAY: SACRIFICE[/HEADING]
[HEADING=3]-PART 1-[/HEADING]
[HEADING=3]-PART 1-[/HEADING]
This will be my second play-through of Shiny Entertainment's Sacrifice (the last one ended rather abruptly [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.285927-Sacrifice-Bad-News]) and will be starting at the beginning, rather than where the previous one left off.
Sacrifice is something of an RTS/RPG/3rd Person Action Game, and probably one of the weirdest things I've ever played. It's also my favourite game of all time. Given the story's branching nature, I figure the only way a play-through would do it justice would be if you, the viewers, got to decide what direction things went in. So, at any major fork in the road, you can vote on what happens.
Let's get started then, shall we?
Wading through the ashes of an apocalyptic world, our hero Eldred encounters a blind seer amongst the smoldering ruins of some huge, abstract structure. After healing the old man's wounds, Eldred begins telling his story in the hopes that the seer may be able to find some sense amongst the madness.
We soon come to our first decision, that of which god Eldred will serve. Make your choice above.
