Poll: lets talk MMO's

I'm a big fan of MMO games, but some are more appealing than others (each in their own special way)

i started off playing guild wars, and once i had left my HoH team, I defected to World of Warcraft. I got my lvl 80 paladin and was soon bored with nothing to do, i started to wander around the internet (and outlands on my flying mount) and learned NCsoft was making another MMO, i waited and started to play Aion. Aion captivated my attention for a good 5 months before it became a rather annoying grindfest.

I would like to know if anyone out there has a story similar to mine; or they just want to defend their favorite MMO

please; enlighten me. Its boring this thursday night

The Neverwinter Nights I'm thinking of wasn't much of an MMO...
Anyways, I'll say WoW, because before I stopped, it was one of my most played games.
However, I plan on buying the Old Republic and enjoying the super awesome Bioware goodness that is the replacement of KotOR 3.

I play Monster Hunter Frontier and GunZ. I used to play Conquer Online and Aion but I quit Conquer because it changed so much and I quit Aion as it got rather dull really fast.

Ok so I dont play any MMOs currently but ive tried a few. TO be honest the only one that appeals to me is EVE online. I know people say its boring but I liked it. Its no more boring than the korean grind fests that are free MMOs

The only games I really played for significant amounts of time were Ragnarok Online, and World of Warcraft. Other MMOs only kept my interest for 3 or less months.

I have played all except for Guild Wars (its on my list), Aion (meh), and Neverwinter Nights (didn't think that was an MMORPG) and many others. Of the ones on the list I played most on WoW, of course, even though my favorite of the bunch would probably be EVE. But in the other category, the most time I put into a game was in Ragnarok, that game ate away my time like you wouldn't believe, and all it was is pure grinding. But my fav overall was Warhammer Online, I really liked the PVP focus of that game.

how on earth did u get a MH frontier thing???

Played COH for a short while, was amusing for a month then went back to WoW. Besides that haven't tried any other MMOs.

there are good guides on minegarde.com on how to be able to play it, the Korean version doesn't seem to block people with IPs outside Korea even if it is behind the Japanese version (which I play =D) and yes Raviente is AWESOME
