I LOVE mushrooms. One of my favourite dishes is to cook them in white wine. Mmmm delicious.

I hate mushrooms. They have a nasty texture, and a nasty taste. Nothing redeeming about 'em.

I don't love them and I don't hate them either. But I can't really eat them on their own, I have to eat them with something else or it just feels a little weird...

But I generally don't have a problem with them. My sister on the other hand hates them and picks them out of the food one by one and leaves them on the side of the plate.

I hate the texture, but they're not that bad.

They're some of my favorite stir-fry additives ever; well, generic white Button-Mushrooms anyway.

Mushrooms sauteed in a Garlic sauce with sprigs/onions, bamboo shoots and Bok-choy.
Add choice of meat (if not vegetarian), garnish with sesame sauce.
Good stuff.
