I'd suggest either Neverwinter or TERA Online over any of the options in the poll.

TERA for the battle system and PvP, but Neverwinter for the whole package if a balanced experience is important to you.

Information I need:

1) Do you like WoW style gameplay? If not, what are you looking for?

2) Are you willing to subscribe or not?

I liked the vast world WoW provided, as well as the crafting and the talent tree system BEFORE Cataclysm (where you didn't have to complete a tree before you picked something from another tree). I like the customization it had and the freedom the players were allowed. The PvP games themselves (capture the flag, territories, etc.) were okay, but not the main reason I played. Those were just one of the perks.

In short, I guess, I am looking for a good story, player creativity and replay / continued play value.

I do not mind subscribing but I would like to test it out first, so a game that offers a trial program would be nice. Free to Play is also fine, provided there is some stuff to do before you have to shell out cash to continue playing.

You want The Old Republic. Planets are larger than the average WoW zone, but feel slightly smaller due to how compartmentalized they are (similar to Cataclysm zones). The story is excellent and fully voice acted. You can split trees, but you do have to select a prestige class once you hit lvl 10. The PvP is somewhat entertaining. The battle system is EXACTLY the same as WoW with extremely similar skillsets in some classes (the Jedi Consular/Sith Inquisitor have name swapped priest abilities for the first part of the game). Tons of extra minigames (space, etc.) and stuff to do, and they've increased the endgame content by a lot since launch.

Bad things:

1) You basically can't play at a high level without subscribing, there are too many restrictions on what gear you can get without paying.

2) Raid bosses are easier than Heroic raids in WoW (from what I hear, I haven't done it).

3) Only 4 real classes, the other 4 are pallet swaps for the other faction.

If subscribing isn't a problem and you LIKE that it's copying WoW's playstyle to the letter, I think you'll have a good time. It's Free to Play but with a retarded amount of restrictions.
