Different sizes suit different girls. They don't need to be big, they just need to complement the rest of her figure to look good.
Well, Its not all about size. Other factors such as shape, nipple size, bounce, and perkiness come into play.

Size isn't everything (ha!). As others have mentioned, shape, firmness are other factors, and I'm sure I could come up with some more. Visually, purely for entertainment value, I've yet to discover any kind of limit to MOAR being fun, but practically it's undesirable and far from the top of the list in terms of desirables.
ummm well i really dont care about breast size ... my ex id guess was a b cup but then i have a mate who i find really attractiv who has a dd and there was a girl who i liked once who had an a cup so i dont think it really matters as long as they aint some muscle body builder that hasnt got any lol ... still a girls gotta have the bum you know

But if one would go solely by the chest of a woman, I feel that shape tops size, and since a small to medium chest is less affected by gravity and the like, I'd think that it's clear where my sympaties lie.

Breasts, especially when bunched up under clothing with the cleavage visible, do strongly resemble the top part of the buttocks, so some anthropologists think that it's a signal of reproductive health, just like a well proportioned female bottom (or male bottom for those who are keen on men), except that it is visible from the front.
Personally, I'm not keen on extremes like a very flat chest or head-sized breasts, but I do prefer 'above average'/busty. But yeah, it's not the most important thing - health, common sense, intelligence and self-reliance coupled with sociability are all more important aspects of a woman, and breast size only would be a consideration really if all other things were equal, which really is an unlikely situation, I would think.
Oh and the functional aspect of breasts ie the glands that express milk, don't take up very much room at all, so the overall breast size is not important from that perspective.

And yes, big bewbs are my preference, but small chested girls are just fine too. There are many other factors in attractiveness.
