I'm choosing Secret Answer C: Robocop.
No but seriously, Macgyver all the way.

Unfortunately, Macgyver... he can't die!!!!! No matter what you try to kill him with, he'll find a way out!

You know, I bet there is some kind of a rule about versus threads. cough cough.

also, MacGuyver would win.
Oh hush, I belive this one will survive. It seems to be all in good fun, besides it a rather unconventional compairson. It not like they are comparing to things that are constantly fighting it out.

Oh and MacGuyver would win hands down.

Jigsaw has an engineering degree, a perverse knowledge of human anatomy, and a lot of free time.

MacGuyver can kill a man with a stick of Juicy Fruit, a rubber band, and a paper clip.

Umm... Jigsaw is a fragile cancer patient, and Macgyver can make a murder weapon out of anything... So, Macgyver.

MacGuyver is too level-headed and has far to much ingenuity to fall prey to jig-saw. Also, jig-saw is a sickly old man. MacGuyver hands down.

Screw Macgyver, Richard Dean Anderson wins it!
Seriously. Richard Dean Anderson breaks character.
Then he breaks Jigsaw.
Jigsaws jaw, that is!

And yes. MacGyver wold totally win. No matter what kind of stuff Jigsaw did, he would never be able to imprison him.
And besides. Jigsaw has a wierd tendency of leaving some means of exit. MacGyver would have thought out five diffrent ways to escape, that Jigsaw did not foresee.
MacGyver all the way

MacGyver.
However, what I'd really like to see is Rorschach versus...well, most horror movie antagonists. Purely so he could say "You don't understand. I'm not locked up in here with you; YOU'RE locked up in here with ME!"

Yes Macguyver would pwn Jigsaw. The reason being that they are both geniuses and Jigsaw intentionally sets his traps up so they can be beaten, that is the entire point. Macguyver is smart enough where he is likely to think of/improvise a way out of anything that Jigsaw comes up with, that Jigsaw did not conceive of and probably bypass the usualy "self mutilation" requirement.

Saw more or less relies on the idea of Jigsaw targeting people who aren't really all that capable. He also wouldn't have any motivation for going after Macguyver the way he's defined.

The last few movies being an exception (and a bit more hokey). If your using a Jigsaw impersonator the trap might not be designed with a way out, but Macguyver would still find a way since he's at least as good an engineer as anyone involved in that show.

Basically when you consider Macguyver's nemisis was supposed to be the world's greatest assasin (Murdoc), I'd consider Jigsaw and any of his apprentices a step down.

That said the SAW movies are "fun" but they have started relying on a level of alleged "prediction" and human stupidity to work that is ruining the whole premise.

Give MacGuyver a paperclip, an elastic band, and a straw, and somehow he'll create nuclear fusion.

MacGuyver FTW.

You can't shave off the hair! That's cheating! That is otherwise known as the Sampson effect, except he doesn't loose his strength but his brains, without his hair he is just a slightly dim-witted but exceptional marksman/secret military colonel!!

Besides, I'm sure mcguyver always keeps a spare bobby pin/paper clip in his hair for emergencies ;o)
