Aye, been playing on and off for a few years now. Up until recently nobody I knew played it, so I settled for making the fact that I partake in the game and, where necessary, the existence thereof a clear and established fact around my friends. Surprisingly, that actually worked (eventually) with a few of them; we're meeting up for a game this week, in fact.

That said, I can't be bothered to play it any other way than entirely casually, and don't even know what you mean about running. We usually play it around a table, and those are generally tricky to carry at speed.

Used to with my girlfriend years and years ago. Was really good fun.

But the price of boosters and the rate at which new cards and decks came out made it feel like it was all a big scam.

So we only stuck with the basic decks and a few boosters. Never really play it now though.

In high school that is what occupied my lunch time. I do not play currently because my cards got jacked, girls became more fun to talk to, and I hardly know anyone who plays anymore.

I would like to get back into it but I don't know anyone who plays anymore.

Oh yeah I still play Magic: The Gathering for sure. Will continue to do so for many years to come, probably.

I run Cruel Control (black/red/blue control), Bloodchief (red/black rush), Archive Funeral (blue/black mill), and Twin-Sanity (blue mill). Most of which are standard legal.

I've been playing Magic: The Gathering for about 5 years now. I haven't played recently since most of the people I used to play with went away to school. I run a Mono-Black, Life stealing sort of deck. It's quite fun to play and has won me quite a few games.

I have a huge tool box full of them, helping my girlfriend and his little brother get into it (she has a vampire deck and he has a red and black deck).

I played a lot when I was in hight school; it was very cool and I liked to build strategies. But there weren't many opponets around and I had little cash at the time, so I quit.

I'm thinking of building a deck using a Lullmage Mentor/Intruder Alarm combo. Also, Bloodchief Ascension will be involved.

Suffice it to say, yeah I play.

I've recently started playing again. Trying to build a mono black type 2 deck. Currently im running a RGW Zoo but its Extended. I have a few others but that one costs about 6-700 bucks, maybe more since I haven't checked prices.

PS. Jesus we really are a bunch of nerds here at the escapist lol.

That first combo would be fuuunnn. Man, Intruder Alarm + just about anything is ridiculous.

I got really excited for the Lorwyn expansion and bought practically nearly all cards in the set. Then I realized that my Elf Deck became so bullshittily strong it got kind of boring.

I played it for years, pretty seriously for a while.

Played pretty heavy during the Ice Age/4th Edition Era (that's when i started).. stopped playing til around Onslaught, played Onslaught/Odyssey block, stopped for most of Mirrodin, then got heavy back into it in Ravnica block, since then I stopped playing.

There are magic cards all over my house though.
