I just prefer to listen to listen to whoever I think sound good, however the majority of those people are female.

Male singers, singing along to women is half as much fun. And with the exception of angela gossow, women can never do harsh vocals as well, which i highly prefer to regular old singing.

My favourite vocalists are all male but I'm not opposed to females; if they have a good voice I don't care.

Still nothing special dude, girls who scream tend to stand out more just because they are girls, when really they aren't that special.

I cannot favour one over the other.
The gender means nothing, it is the ability to sing which is important.
I won't listen to a talentless male sing, just as I wouldn't listen to a talentless female sing.
Only the ability to sing is important, not the age, race, or gender.

I don't really mind the gender of the singer, but the majority of my music collection consists of bands with a male lead.

*looks through music library*

Well, my music library is dominated by female singers, so I'll go with female singers as my favorite.

Prehaps your right, I personally know quite a few bands with growling female singers though people who haven't heard any of those sort of bands might be somewhat surprise by it, shocked even. I was at first then i discovered it's not that unique or special.
