So I saw this, and the first thought was "at least pick a good game"

Which may reflect more on me than it does him.



So if YOU were to spend a whole week gaming non stop, which game would you pick? I'd probably stick with my old faithful, Guild Wars, or failing that, Anarchy Online

I'd hate to spend a week non-stop gaming. A day or two, okay, but a week?

I guess I would pick Oblivion GOTY. Though, I think I wouldn't be able to cope without listening to my music for a week. I know Oblivion has pretty good music, but it's just not the same.

I'd either pick the game he picked (Lotro) or then maybe the Final Fantasy VII (because I never played that game and wonder what all the fuzz is about).

Also wouldn't this be extremely uncomfortable

Probably Heroes of Newerth. I've played it pretty much non-stop since I got invited to the closed beta about two years ago, what's another extra week?

When I saw the title of this forum, my immediate thought was "ok, this is disturbing. He was probably kicked out of his house because of playing games constantly instead of being on top of his bills."

Then I read the article.

Wasn't kicked out of his home at all. He's just doing it for charity.

That being said, I'd play any MMO that has at least has a spectator mode. At least then, when I'm needed (or when I need to make some food, get something to drink, or use the toilet), I'd use it as a pause option.
