What is your favorite fighting style? You do not have to practice it just choose your favorite not the best, it can be anything ranging from Karate to MMA. Personally I do Judo but I enjoy Jujitsu and like watching MMA. I did not have enough space to put every martial art.

Honestly I just voted Muay Thai because it sounds cool, I only know how one or two of those martial arts really look like.

I've trained TaeKwonDo, but I voted Muay Thai for the awesome that it is. Also for being dangerously effective.

I voted Kendo since I used to practise it (even went to the national tournament... yaaaaaaay....).

I chose kendo particularly since it isn't really meant for self defense and I used it more to have a physical outlet that required more mental capabilities than say, jogging or going to the gym do. I liked the disciplined and mental side of their approach, although I'm sure that comes with most martial arts.

Ki ken tai no ichi, never doubt, take control of the situation and keep going.

Too bad it ate up too much time next to my already too busy work scedule or I'd still be practising it today.

Krav Maga. Take all the deadly parts of all the martial arts, and take out all the stuff aboot self discipline.

Muay Thai is definitely of the awesome, which would get my vote. I've trained in kickboxing (Korean-ish style), but it was always taught as more of a fitness thing. Effective defence, but fitness.

I don't know if this counts a martial art, but I'm quite good at the German School of Fencing (Unarmored Longsword, Liechtenauer tradition).

Karate. It was the only one I have practiced, so I have a much greater appreciation for it than others.

I'd go for Krav Maga aka "make the other guy feel sorry as soon as possible when you need to".
The one i practice is "keepa long dis tance awayfromharm".
