When she says "Now who's the badass biotic, *****?" I reckon she's addressing Liara, who probably didn't like her making moves on Shephard and confronted her, and subsequently got her ass kicked. I'm pretty sure Zero isn't going to care what gender Shephard is, so y'know, love triangles a go go.

Does anyone else think she might be Talitha?
From a colonist exclusive side quest were a girl named Talitha tries killing herself as she was a slave.

I doubt it, but I see where you got that idea. They do look similar. But I doubt a character like that could undergo such a drastic change in personality in such a short amount of time.

Ok, I know who you're talking about and it's not her. For one, there's the chance that you might have not been able to save her/killed her yourself. For two, when you see her (if you do, she only appears if you have the colonist background), she's a bit short (Subject Zero seems to be the same height or taller than a male Shep.) and she has a bit of a high-pitched voice. Her eyes also appear to be rounder than Subject Zero's.

And as it was stated in one of the quoted post, no one changes that much personality wise in such a short amount of time.

Garrus was my main man, after seeing the tv commercial with him and Ashley I knew I had my squad for life. He's friggin awesome and I would like to see how his future unfolded after my careful mentoring.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that she's the girl from Kaidan's "brain camp" story. Even if she isn't, meh. I'd rather have Liara: the same biotic firepower without the tiresome X-TREEM bad-girl theatrics. (Also, I too insist on getting Tali back. And Wrex, even if it's just a cameo.)
