Jesus I have the worst luck with my shop items.
I just want a Krogan of some sort, the Revenant, or the Claymore. Instead, I keep getting Quarian Infiltrator shit and upgrades for my crappy sniper.
EDIT: Also, I tried making an Escapist club, but it keeps on just refreshing the page whenever I go to do the finishing steps. :/

Turian Soldier personally. I like my ability to be able to fire Mines and Concussive shots where necessary. There is a rapid fire that I never use but I like playing as a Turian.

On a side note: I do hate how the banshee can insta-kill you. I know its to encourage a sort of "fear" aspect to it and also to increase its power but it's kinda like playing Skyrim fighting dragons and then all of sudden be insta-killed because a Bandit Chief or Foreswarn Briarheart has a Dwarven/Glass Weapon.

If it should do anything like that, its only when you have no shields.

I haven't gone to Silver yet, because I love running around as a Krogan Sentinel Melee Tank. It's fun just to charge and heavy melee enemies, which I know I can't do on Silver. The same with Vanguards, I only play them on Bronze because I know I take too many risks playing them that Silver won't be good for my team.

Human Engineer is usually my Silver+ class, seeing as he's a jack of all trades basically.

I am pretty sure a melee Sentinel Krogan is perfectly viable above Bronze. You just can't charge into large groups without backup. The fact that you have >1k hp and shield with 60% damage reduction (based on your spec) makes you damn near unkillable against small groups of enemies.

The Engineer is my favorite class as there is very little he can't handle and if you spec it right overload is damn near a chainlock stun.
A melee Sentinel Krogan can be done on silver but like you said. You need backup. If you put the points in you can one shot pretty much everybody but the heavies and you can actually go toe to toe with a few of them. You just need to get used to the range on that heavy attack and have somebody to watch your back.
I see a lot of people have trouble with Banshees. They are a pain but they can be chipped down rather quickly with biotic explosions and tech bursts.

I freaking love playing with engineers, they make any situation resolvable, and Banshess become a non issue with an Engineer that takes out their barrier with Overload and then fucks her up with the Fire skill.

I played a human Sentinel for the longest time, because i really really loved Throw. then i unlocked the Turian Sentinel, and learned how tech armor basically makes you the walking gunship to the Krogans walking melee tank.

I can stand on a cerberus grenade and take about 1/5 shield damage when anyone else gets knocked out, and overload easily strips phantoms, banshee, and even atlases of their shields, leaving them open to my warp. all i need now to really do damage is a good weapon, like the Mattock, or a carnifex, sadly i'm still stuck on a phalanx II, which is servicable.

The Phaeston is a nice Spamming Assault Rifle, ive got it specced out right now to shoot 80 shots per clip.

They buffed the "Sabotage" aspects of Sabotage and nerfed the "Hacking" aspect of it. You can see them in a sticky on the Multiplayer forums of the BSN. Geth got buffs too.

And they nerfed the Vidicator ((
