2. Rarely. I'm on a medication that puts a damper on the whole sex drive thing. I certainly don't lack one, but it's much lower than most other women my age, I think.
I was put on medication that completely killed everything for me. I changed doctors, they changed medication, I changed doctors; I told the new doctor, I changed medication - it got worse. I told them that so they found a new medication without the 'side-effects'. Now I can feel things a little more.

My advice - mention the side effects to your doctor, if they don't listen or don't care, go to a new doctor. Sex of any sort is most enjoyable at a younger age. Past 25 it starts to become less interesting so you might as well enjoy it while you can. It may even help your depression.

I'm not going to get in depth, but I'd like to say that even if you're asexual, you can still have a libido, and subsequently want to masturbate. I come under that bracket, and I think this should be noted. There's really a lot of different things to do with sexual orientation, especially where asexuality is involved.

Would it be unusually cruel if I of all people didn't reply to this survey?

Yes, that's right. I am chaos incarnate.

Or something...

1. Are you male or female?
Male

2. How often do you do the deed?
answered in poll

3. Are you in a relationship?
Yes

4. If yes do you do it more or less? If no do you do it more than you usually would?
No change really

5. Do you believe it improves your performance in the bedroom or not?
Don't think it has an effect except maybe lasting longer if I've done it recently

6. Focus; does reduced/stopped masturbation decrease or increase your ability to focus on things?
Makes it harder, always jerk off before making important life decisions!

7. Do you believe that is is harmful or healthy? I.E. Reduce chances of certain cancers, mental health, stress or makes you go blind and grow hair on the palms of your hands?
Healthy, basically for the reasons above

8. Is it different now opposed to when you were younger?
Nope

8. I can't remember =/ I don't think it's that different other than feeling more embarrassed about it as a kid.

If i'm ever in the wilderness, i can just crouch over the fire and power-fap till i start a fire.
So.
I don't know what that translates into.

1. Male
2. 4-7 times a week. Changes a lot.
3. No.
5. Not really. Fapping and actual sex are very different experiences.
6. Not really. I went a few weeks without any fapping just to see what it would be like, and it didn't really distract me or anything. Wasn't at the top of my mind.
7. I believe it does nothing. It's simple short-term instant pleasure. After the deed is done, I forget about it and it meant nothing.
8. No, and I've been fapping as long as I can remember.

1. Male.
2. At least twice a day.
3. No, and I'm not actively seeking one.
4. Nope, it's pretty much always been the same.
5. No.
6. It helps me focus on things, to be honest. I get a noticeable surge of creativity and/or logical thinking afterwards. I come up with/figure out many things in this state.
7. Who knows? I've been doing it for pretty much as long as I can remember so, I have nothing to compare it to. Certainly nothing substantially different about me, health-wise, than anybody else.
8. Is what different? The process, yes. The frequency, no. There's always been a huge roleplay aspect but the topic/setting/etc. has changed a lot over the years.

1. Are you male or female?
Male
2. How often do you do the deed?
1 - 4 times a week; it really depends on chance stimulus when I surf the internet.
3. Are you in a relationship?
Never
5. Do you believe it improves your performance in the bedroom or not?
Well, I know I last longer on my individual sessions if I do is successively. Never had much experience beyond that
6. Focus; does reduced/stopped masturbation decrease or increase your ability to focus on things?
Never really noticed.
7. Do you believe that is is harmful or healthy? I.E. Reduce chances of certain cancers, mental health, stress or makes you go blind and grow hair on the palms of your hands?
Both. Studies I read on the net (So grain of salt must be taken, yes) that prove that masturbation is healthy and good for the body but there are also studies that say over-masturbation is harmful... And here's [http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/cupids-poisoned-arrow/201110/can-you-trust-your-johnson] the website I got some of that data from.

8. Is it different now opposed to when you were younger?
I knew less about it, greater availability, the knowledge on how to access that greater availability and a broader scope of genres.

Eh, no one who spends significant time on the internet is not a "wanker."

There's a really strong correlation between how bored I am on a given day and how much time I spend on the net and how many times I'll whack it.

1. I am male.
2. Generally once a day. I will occasionally do twice a day or skip a day, but it usually ends up being an even 7 by the end of the week. 8 is more often than 6.
3. No, I am not.
4. I've only been in a relationship once in Middle School, and back then it was as often twice a day as once, but that was all through middle school, not just during the relationship.
5. I am a virgin, but I would assume it can't hurt.
6. I tested this theory once when I was having a very hard time concentrating on doing homework. I can report that for me personally, it gives me a 30 minute period (roughly) where I don't feel inclined to focus on work at all (post masturbation), but after that I'm able to focus much better than before.
7. In general its good for mental health. Of course, it varies person to person.
8. It takes a bit more to get myself to complete the act now, but other than that no, unless you count things like knowing where to go on the internet now, and how to plan for getting caught, etc.

I personally don't do it because
a) i just don't get anything from it
and
b) it just seems weird and vulgar to me. but i can understand why other people do it.

(i think it would be more intresting to see how many people actually do it in an even population though, cause i think part of the reason there is such a majority of male votes is becuase of larger male population here. or it would also be intresting just to see how many people vote regardless of gender.)

For some reason I assumed the male to female ratio was more equal on this site, don't know why.

1. Male.
2. I do it most days, assuming I'm not busy or sick, but never more than once a day.
3. No.
4. Um, I've never been in one so I have nothing to contrast with.
5. I have no idea, virgin.
6. Ever since I started roughly 6 months ago I find myself looking at porn and thinking about sex less, but I wouldn't say I ever had 'trouble' focusing.
7. I don't think it matters much.
8. I just started quite recently, as in 6 months ago, so I can't really say.

Never noticed.

7. Do you believe that is is harmful or healthy? I.E. Reduce chances of certain cancers, mental health, stress or makes you go blind and grow hair on the palms of your hands?
Gotta be honest, it can be hard on the wrist if I start favouring one hand too heavily.

8. Is it different now opposed to when you were younger?
I've got much better porn now.
