The first one applies to pretty much everyone.

The next two I'd say are a sign of maturity because kids tend to take themselves too seriously (hence why angst is associated with them), and they also care about popularity, which is something most adults grow out of.

The last one isn't related to maturity, it's just some peoples reason for liking the site...

To be fair, pretty much every one of my friends, ranging from 20 year olds to 16 year olds, acts childish at times. It's not a guy thing, its a 14-25 year old thing. Having spent our chidlhoods striving to be treated like an adult, as soon as we get some responsibility and freedom we revert to the child-like personality for fun.

I don't want to be mature.
I'm going to drunkenly prance around on a dancefloor for as long as I can before I become "that creepy drunk old bloke on the dancefloor".

Everything else I do is immature as well, but it's too fun to live without.

erm, no. every joke I make is way too mature for a 5 year old. I don't do it on here because that's what sickipedia is for.

It really does depend on who I'm around. Sometimes (mostly when drunk), yes I am like that.
If I'm nervous, then I'm not.

Most of the time though, my jokes'd be too mature for a five year old to get...

Hell yeah - if you can't laugh at yourself who can you laugh at?

What's wrong with being childish?

So, liking manga = 5 year old.

Yeah, I always meet those 7 year olds reading Dragon Ball Z, Code Geass or Elfen Lied. And of course, every 6 year old has a case of Spawn and Deadpool under his bed.

Flawed list is flawed.

I spent my childhood trying to grow up. Now I'm here, I wanna be a kid again!

And Santa is real! Fuck you if you think differently!

I'm more then capable of acting insane around my friends and being able to take a joke aimed at me, but I still like to think that I don't use the mentality of a 5 year old. Mainly because it is only an act and I'm actually very mature when needed be.

There's nothing wrong with taking the piss out of everything on occasion, or viewing things a bit more light-heartedly, so to begin with, I was about to say "Yes, on occasion", but the more I read the OP, the more annoying I found it to be, and thought it all seemed a bit forced. And next to nothing is funny, when forced.
It's okay to have whatever interests and hobbies you might have, if it's because you like them, but if you like it, just because it's "lolsilly and childish" then it's just retarded.
You summed up my feelings nicely.

Theres nothing worse than people who come across with that forced "wahey! look how CRAZY and MAD we are!!!" show they put on in social situations.

Jumping into a river on impulse is all good laughs until one day you do it and drown, next thing you know your being laughed at on Darwin Awards.

I like to hang out with my friends who are childish, not immiture. There really is a huge difference.
