Poll: Metal Gear film scrapped

Good.

Metal Gear is a wonderful game series (my personal favorite) but a movie just would have ruined it.

MGS is not really appropriate for a movie. It's better suited to a series or mini-series. And an animated or CG series at that or else they'd blow all their cash on the set design or simply blue screen it.

Like final fantasy. Oh wait.

Final Fantasy wasn't blue screened. It was total CG, and I feel that MGS would be better done this way. With most blue screen movies the actors really, really don't bring their A game. But with CG you can get good voice actors (as their appearance does not matter) and they really shine.
