Poll: Minecraft: What kills you the most?

A toss up between good ol' gravity and Skeletons. The skeletons usually get me while I am at a few hearts due to some other accident involving creepers, cliffs, and lava. Gravity is just because I forget to hold shift.

I voted lava though it's that and falling. I mostly die by falling in to lava. Getting attacked in lava
