Not worth the money. Short campaign, full of glitches, no replay value, not particularly fun, and pretty much turns into a really colorful FPS with a bit of running in it.
Good game, though I see how it's not everyone's cup a' tea.

That would have made it just another platformer. The fact it was first person, mixed with all the effects that made it look like you were looking through real eyes, was it's selling point.ultimasupersaiyan said:

I played the demo and just didn't care for it. I know a demo is only a sliver of the real thing but still. It was a great idea and was fun for the most part, except that the camera was ridiculously annoying and unfortunately, it was a big enough problem that it just did it in for me.

And I also liked the combat, at least the concept of it. It was a bit hard to get used to at first, but once I got used to the movement and the jumping "after you think you left the ground" aspect of the movement, I was doing really well and had a great time.
I could imagine it being frustrating if you're bad, and many many many people are. Also I played the PC version, and that impacted how I felt about the combat and such. Probably.

On one hand I love a lot of the ideas in it and a lot of what it tries to do.
I also love a lot of the gameplay.
A first person game where you're not interacting with the world primarily through guns is a great concept and I think there's something really natural about free running or whatever you call it because picking routes through the space of the level is a very natural FPS thing.
It really works in a lot of places.
They totally ruin it with some of the level design through.
It's like they were worried the player was having too much fun or something so they throw in bits where you more or less have to nick a SAW and go rambo on the squad of goons and/or really horribly frustrating trick jumps.

Poll needs more options. I wouldn't call it bad but I wouldn't exactly call it good. It was entertaining and killed a few hours.
As said, it has flaws, the pathing you need to take needs to be a bit more obvious and it needs to be a bit better designed, I had to repeat sections way too often.

It was fun while it lasted and while I was not dying the 5000000th time trying to make any sense about where I was supposed to go. Pulling the moves off in 1st person somehow gave a much greater satisfaction than 3rd person. And building momentum and then jumping a lot was a true "I'm there" moment, too bad there weren't so many of them.
Worth picking up if its going cheap, but not worth paying full price for. Its entertaining , but the combats a pain in the butt.
