I don't mind rushers that much, if the enitre team is rushing which constantly moves the spawn points, my game style generally leaves me behind, which i find frustrating, but im not concerned about my W/L record not to rage quit,

The commando/witchblades (is there even an official title on them yet?) don't bother me too much, akimbo g18/1887's and they feed my killstreaks easy enough.

There's nothing wrongwith either tactic and both can be easily defeated.
Rushing with a SMg burst to the face, Camping with the proper application of high explosives or bullets.
i agree. in fact few problems cannot be solved with the liberal application of high explosive lol

When you say 'rush' you're not really meaning rushers, more the knife whores. I'm fine with them so long as they don't use commando. That's such a dumb perk, being able to basically teleport three metres in order to stab someone.
but that is the thing you could have a perfectly legit bullet kill and they magically get you first

they should patch that shit, they uh care package glitch were if you hold the smoke you run around like your on crack. they fix that then I don't care if they want to rush atleast it would be a little fairer.
Yea I pretty much agree with this. I don't really have a problem with rush players, as far as I'm concerned rushing is just the same as any other tactic in that it has its own strengths and weaknesses. The care package thing does irritate me though, it's clearly a flaw the programmers didn't notice when testing it and it should probably get patched at some point.

Camping is fine in some games. i.e defending bomb sites... etc.
But not in all game types.

Yet rushing, I see no problems with that. In my opinion staying in one place (camping) is only ok if you are a sniper or defender. Camping in any other way requires no skill and is just cheap.
"It's a legitimate strategy!!"

*ahem* I havn't played Modern Warfare two online yet so I'm afraid I can't give much comment.
It's all subjective really. Wouldn't a rusher be easier to hit, especially if they are moving in the open?

this, i have no chance of killing you seeing as you can teleport to my face from 10 yards away

otherwise it doesn't bug me too much, and camping is decent, as most campers dont move, so you know where the idiot is

camping and shotgun whores are the worst.......ive never really thought of rushing as an issue because of claymores and a rifle fully loaded.

I really dont see the problem with camping unless they are abusing a glitch, if they can get a shot on you you can get a shot on them, i havent had a chance to play MW2 yet but this rushing does sound rather annoying, they arent really abusing glitches, just Infinity Wards poor design choices, seriously they reward you for sucking! That removes the whole point, you get good at games through trial and error not because you die 5 times in a row

I dont think so, Rush is a great band and with awesome basslines and original guitar work backed by the greatest percussionist alive, and is far superior to a week in the woods

camping isn't even a problem. In the modern FPS, you can't survive long as a camper. If you are being killed over and over by a camper, you need to l2p.

Rushers are the same. There are ways to beat them, and you'll get better by learning to deal with them, just as you get better by learning how to deal with campers. Can it be an annoying lesson to learn? certainly, but that's why your playing the game, in order to get better, and eventually dominate.

using a single tactic is evidence of a less experienced player - use that to your advantage and don't be such a wuss.
