D's hat is cooler,in my opinion.And being immortal doesn't make him cooler.That just makes the job way too easy,while being mortal poses some challenges.
And it's a matter of opinion.So you can't just say that Alucard is cooler because you like him more.Well you can,but that doesn't make it so for everyone.
