Poll: Most replays on a single video game?

Have you ever played a game so good you just had to play it again....and again...and again? If so which video game was it and how many times have you replayed it?

I've lost count of the amount of times i've played through every campaign on L4D 1+2, if that counts.

That being said probably Super Mario 64 since i loved it so much when i was a nipper. Played that one to death. Oh, and Goldeneye 007.

I've given Sonic 3 and Knuckles about 10, and I think that's my most to be fair. Has anyone really played the same game more than about 20 times? I must have played OOT and Majoras Mask about 4 times each...

Back when I was a kid I replayed Wolfenstein about 3 times a day, along with Prince of Persia.

They were the only games I had until my parents decided to buy my own games and I got Dizzy and Sonic.

Back before games had save features I replayed those games well over 40 times, Alex Kidd and Streets of Rage for example.

Why is there an option for over 40 times? To say you have gone through a full length game completely that many times is just rediculous. To answer the thread, Fallout 3 I have had about 5 and I'm on my sixth. Forty times....yeesh..

I've played through MGS1/TS (as in both the PSX and GC version) some 20-25 times, it's still as awesome as when I first played it some 10 years ago.

I've played through Ocarina Of Time about 4 times and Resident Evil 4 about 6 times... I just HAD to get the infinite rocket launcher and Hand Cannon. I guess by default I Played "The world Ends With You" about 3 times because I replayed the levels a few times to get the secret items.

Played all the yugioh games I have 10+ times. I went 5-10 to be safe.

about twenty replays of the Pokemon series, and I'd say around twenty for Rachet and Clank Size Matters for the psp.

I've played through the Timesplitters games more times than I care to count.
I'm guessing at least 30 times for each game, combined it would easily be above 80.

Timesplitters just kicks so much ass. I'm gonna play through them again.

Depends on what you mean. Since there are some games I have tried over a 100 to beat them and still haven't beaten them. So the having to restart the whole game when you can't save is the main reason to this. The first Sonic game is a good example of this along with Dr.Mario. Even still, there are very few games I want to replay the whole game over rather then just a couple of levels. For example on Brutal Legend I have beaten it on all difficulties 10 times, so I have beaten the game 30 times already. Yes I know the game has a lot of flaws, but it is so much fun and enjoyable that I want to keep diving into it. I know I will keep diving into it, because it is a world I love and enjoy.

Mega Man 4. I never get bored of Mega Man games, and it ended up being the only one I owned for quite a while, so I've probably played it from beginning to end over a hundred times.
