Poll: Most replays on a single video game?

Depends on what you mean. Since there are some games I have tried over a 100 to beat them and still haven't beaten them. So the having to restart the whole game when you can't save is the main reason to this. The first Sonic game is a good example of this along with Dr.Mario. Even still, there are very few games I want to replay the whole game over rather then just a couple of levels. For example on Brutal Legend I have beaten it on all difficulties 10 times, so I have beaten the game 30 times already. Yes I know the game has a lot of flaws, but it is so much fun and enjoyable that I want to keep diving into it. I know I will keep diving into it, because it is a world I love and enjoy.

This. A lot.

I've played and beaten Resident Evil 4 probably 6-10 times and spent a hell of a lot more time playing Mercenaries mode.
I've played the old Sonic games probably 100+ times and haven't beaten them all that often. I beat Sonic and Knuckles less than 10 times for each character, never got all the Emeralds, and didn't have it plugged in with Sonic 3.
I've played Spelunky 500+ times and beat it once.

I've restarted playing Dragon Warrior Monsters at least 30 times, possibly more. Over a 10 year span.

(Shamefully, I've yet to actually beat it!)

I replayed both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask about 7 or eight times. Oh, and Starfox 64, probably about 20 times, trying to get all of the medals (I never did, though).

Lost count of how many times I have replayed CoD2, and yes I have replayed more time than I can count, completed it on all difficulty levels, including veteran.

I think my most was like 5 replays of Wind Waker.

Wow, I couldn't even get through one. I quit near the end when it mad eme sail around looking for Tri-Force pieces.
