I was very disappointed when i bought black ops. I figured it would be a balanced, well rounded version of mw2, and i could not have been happier when i first started playing. when i learned the grenade launcher had been nerfed, i was even happier. I was practically jizzing myself when i learned there was no ump (the best thing to ever happen by far) , stopping power, or one many army as well. but then i played a second game, and quickly realized none of his matters, since the ak74u is blatantly overpowered. Im of the opinion that if its in the game, its fair. some weapons are better than others, but the ak74u is so ridiculously good in any situation, there is almost no reason to buy any gun besides it. It has awesome range with a grip (and arguably even without one), no speed penalty, good recoil, very good power, good magazine size, good accuracy, fast reloading, good hip fire accuracy, fast ads, and you unlock it at level 17, so everyone who's played for more a couple hours fucking has it. this gun is worse than the early 1887's in mw2, because you at least had to work your ass off to get to level 67. the ak74u isn't just imbalanced, it's a gamebreaker. most of the other guns in the game are at around the same level, so instead of everyone using different guns and classes according to their own preferences (the way the game was supposed to be) people just use the ak74u. i frequently play games where half the players are using this gun, and being rewarded for it. much as i hated the ump, it didn't render almost every other gun useless, so it didn't deserve a nerf, but i cant say this about the ak74u. hate away ak74u fans.
) i've lost count of the number of times i've put an entire AR clip into a guy for him to turn round and double tap me, or have him teleport 10 feet into me for a knife kill (the list is near damn endless) until every country has the same super speed connections this discussion will keep happening.
