Poll: Music. What do YOU like?

I wanna start off by saying that I'm sorry if this is dumb (off-topic....so i guess it's in the right place), or has been done before.
Choose what kind of music you like, explain what you like about it, list a couple of your favorite bands.
I'm bored and discussing music sounds like as good a way to pass the time and anything else.
I'll start with Power Metal. I like heavier music but i don't really like heavy shit lyrics, plus i'm a nerd, so it's great for me. My favorite bands are Blind Guardian, Kamelot, Pyramaze.

I gave up on it weeks ago when i noticed that the choices were $!*%ed... again, i apologize for the very crappy music poll, if i ever take a survey of music again i'll be sure to make my choices a little more general >.<

I'll listen to anything that isn't modern rock, pop, or rap. So: Jazz, Punk, Classic Rock, and any and every form of Metal.

My friend, that is what the other option is for, for the genres i didn't think of XD. Well i think rap is teh shitz so i'll get rid of that and put electronic/techno in.

Ugh... I refuse to click the Metal option because Power Metal is paired with it.
There is a significant difference between Heavy Metal (Explicit warning: Not for kiddies).

So I voted Classical.

I had to put other as bands like finntroll, battle lore, coal chamber, devil driver ect ect don't come under normal or heavy metal but I like that too and old slipknot is goooood lol and dream theater all in all my iPhone has over 22 different types of metal on it down to regey metal and japanise speed metal

I'm well aware of the differences. I'd separate them now, because i didn't realize how unpopular some genres were, but then the results would be very skewed in the direction of one of them.
