Sounds clever, wierd and sophisticated.

If you can match the art with the dialouge and plot, you could have a seller!
Are you being sarcastic or serious?

Because I seriously doubt the second and fifth words of that description.

Serious. If you lay out subtle hints for the cat in the narrative you can have a good suspense left in the mind of the reader..
Subtle hints of his psychic-ness?
No, like his backstory, maybe a magician previous owner e.t.c.

It sounds very readable, but here's a couple of extra ideas:
1. The cat learns that they're actually an alien, but the body died and the brain somehow made it's way into the body of an Earth-cat.(I suck at plot-twists)
2. Make the main hero more Seinfield-y, it'd add if you really want a comedy for something as messed up as a psychic cat.
3.If the cat's psychic, make it occasionally break the fourth wall and talk to the reader saying things like telling the reader what they're thinking. Usually really funny if someone actually is thinking what the cat says they're thinking.
1. :|

2. Hmm, that's a good idea.

3. Yes!!

I think in general the graphic novel medium is best for that sort of idea. To make it more understandable you could have an artist with a light-hearted drawing style. That way it's sort of funnier.

It's definetely an original idea, I'll give you that.

you pitch it ok. dunno about the potential though, depends on a lot of things. You need to really decide the genre (are you making a funny comic with punchlines, is it a action comic, is it a lot of drama, slice of life w/ fantasy elements etc?). You write that the main character dude is generic, though with the setup you have that might not be a problem. Try reading up on how to balance characters before you change him. I think there's a character build sheet on DevArt, you can look into that.

Lol, to be honest, I don't mean to be harsh, but, it sounds pretty cheesy.
It does sound cheesy. But hell, a lot of my favorite things are practically Wisconsin. Do it, but do it the best you absolutely possibly can. I'd read it.

My drawing style is definitely light-hearted.

Haha sounds like a funny light-hearted comedy style comic would I right in assuming a little in the style of Scott Pilgrim? I would definitely give it a read but it needs a better title for sure.

Very original idea, and it has plenty of merit.
However, until people actually see it,it's in the "Maybe" zone.
I'd take a read, though,to see how it turned out.

I guess it could be a little like to Scott Pilgrim, style wise. And hell yes, it needs a better title.

Alright, so that's good. If you don't mind me giving you advice, then if it's set in england you could easily take advantage of the accent and put in some Guy Ritchie-esgue dialogue. If you don't know what I mean, then type in Snatch Blu-ray trailer and RockNRolla Trailer on youtube. That would just bring the book that bit closer to being more enjoyable.

Not to sound rude, but I don't dig it.
I think there are too many graphic novels where the main character is some bored underachiever, but it turns out he has amazing powers...
Why not make the main character an ambitous overachiever with an awesome job, friends and a girlfriend? Maybe some is hunting down his friends and family, but he's the only one that knows about it? By daytime we could get attached to the characters, while killing them off one by one during the night?
Also a cat?! Dogs are the way of the future man!
Why don't you post an example of your artstyle?

It really does. But I've got it figured out in my head, and how I will do it, but I can't fully explain it this way. :)
If it's cheesey, and you make it realize that it's cheesey and have that be part of the humor, I think you could pull it off. Also, every idea needs a story, without an over-arching story, all you have is a sitcom. When you think of one of those let us know and we can give a more accurate answer

Without a conflict layed out theres not to say about it. I've seen many times when concept isn't all that important in humor cartoons and comics, its the execution. Its original enough but you need to flesh it out more. I wouldn't pick it up on that synopsis alone.
