I remember both. I have a great memory, and I always remember peoples' name and face.

I have memory issues, so I need to actually make an effort to remember someone period. I need to try and remember both and spend a great deal of time with someone to remember who they are.

Both, actually. I can usually remember a person's name and face fairly well after only having seen them once or twice. I'm not sure why that is...but it is certainly useful.
