So i wsa skimming through the new game informer and after reading all there is to know so far about POrtal 2, i came aross a little article labeled. "Natal's Stupid Launch Titles Unveiled" So i said...allright. Acorrding to game informer they have announced the ten launch titles for this next gen super gaming peripheral. *drum roll please*

A game called "porch light" it has been in development for 6 years demoed by director Kudo Tsunoda turning a light on and off by waving his hands.

Next the avatar game "handshake, family picture, and Hula with the stars. "all of which utilize varying ranges of erratic motions"

The other 5 games that were a mere list without any details at all (imo don't need much of a description) are *Grocery store checkout, Let's jump, Total Calibration, Avatar Closet Plus: Walk in edition, and Is this a butt.

Now I ask u escapist. Is this a joke? Not to 360 bash but seriously, where is the genius AI that was demoed of the little boy at E3, where are the hardcore titles or at least ANYTHING that could calm the avg gamer into beleiving that this is not just a casual (using the term lightly) gimmick. I have heard that the e3 demo was rumored to be complete nonsense and fully scripted, but what.. they couldn't even get that game where you block all the balls from getting past you working properly?!?!? Your thoughts, fears, and accusations please.

Um... that wasn't, by some crazy random happenstance, in a little pull-out section called "Game Infarcer" from the April issue, was it? Because that would make you the proverbial April Fool.

as a hardcore gamer I would never buy it, but I don't blame Microsoft for trying to get families to buy an xbox 360 and not a wii

Yeah... this was in the Game Infarcer section... I have the magazine in front of me as I type.

It's a joke, hence the word "parody" printed right below the article in all capital letters.

EDIT: It's also right below an article explaining how Ubisoft will start shipping employees with their games to act as human DRM.

I would hope so but this came in the mail at least a week ago.
Look closely, they had a april fools section in this month's game informer. my favorite article in that section was easily the WiiDS , or the mass effect 3 preview, which lets you import any character from any game ever; which shows a picture of kratos shopped onto a photo of shepard.

the words "Parody" at the bottom should probably be a dead giveaway.

Natal will probably have shit game any way. Can you imagine people pretending to have a sword in their hand, then trying to scratch an itch and impaling themself ingame? Trust me, it will be horrible.

Clue Train: GameInFARCER. Check the title of the section CLOSELY. It was a JOKE. Just like the WII with the DS's stuck in its side was.

I think that actually sounds like an awesome idea for a company to do!

Since I notice the day this was originally posted, I no longer have to point out that it's an April Fool's joke, but I wouldn't be surprised to see something like this, since MS is obviously an evil corp that cares little for it's fans (except the Halo 2 fans, however) and will jump on the stupid mini game bandwagon that Nintendo's been driving around to head towards the siphoned money station

Natal will eventually kill gaming as we know it if we aren't careful and I still only trust Sony to handle motion controls, but just barely and they're being monitored VERY carefully...
