There are probably many, like me, who have been reading the escapist but have only recently got round to signing up

Not necessarily. It depends on what you choose to do with that account that determines whether or not it is ban-worthy. For example, I have a second account and have openly admitted to having and using a second account, with no consequences of me having a second account whatsoever, because I only use it for one purpose, which doesn't involve me using the account as a way for entering competitions twice or dodging any bans to keep posting on the forums. In fact, [user]Kuliani[/user] approved of what I was using the second account for when I decided to talk to him about it.

i'm wondering about something.
are there really all those new members every minute of the day or is everyone making secondary accounts.

i think the second.for making threads they don't wanna be held responsible for.

Certainly not. I for one am not afraid of taking the punishment for a bad opinion, that's why i try to remain neutral at most points.

If it helps you guess, I am an admin for the Escapist Badge Hunters usergroup. The second account was made for testing out what you had to do to get certain content badges, originally just for the DDKR Champion badge (we couldn't find enough users who hadn't seen The Escapist Show for testing of the badge to be fair so I made a new user for the sake of testing it) and the only other time I've used it was for the testing of a Rebecca Mayes Muses badge. Kuliani said that he didn't think anyone would mind more viewings for videos so I was allowed to make it. Besides, I never touch it anyway nowadays.
