You are supposed to be able to add the venom to your machete as an added damage bonus.

I will probably end up getting the tribal pack. Mostly because I've had good luck with Amazon pre-orders. But the other packs are also tempting.

I don't really care enough to preorder or anything. I would go with the machete though.

Caravan on Steam. I like the sound of this 'Caravan Shotgun'. Maybe a double barrelled?
And anyway, I can just use the console to get the others when I want 'em.
