Both are awesome, but if I had to choose just one, I pick pirates. Yes, ninja have katanas, but pirates can steal them. And what good is being able to hide in the shadows and be an unseen killer if it's not as fun as sailing the world getting drunk off your ass and plundering booty? The average pirate's life span may be much shorter, but they do know how to have a blast in that time!
