Once i was called a hacker (AVP by the way) I knew a pred was following me because i heard his claws retract to grab me. I turned around and force fed him the end of my tail (alien), he said i had hacks.

This seems to happen to me if I thrash someone who thinks they are good at a game. Happened recently with MW2 when i got 42 kills for 3 deaths in a game. but it was just pure luck in that game, next game i was 12 kills for 11 deaths. People just need to realise that some people can be better at a certain game than them.

The first time I used C4 to bring down a building in BC2 I got accused of hacking, the guy apparently didn't know walls/buildings could be knocked down.
I also got accused of having a modded controller on Call of Duty 4, when I was using an automatic weapon.

I used an aimbot for a while in Call of Duty.(can't argue against something if you don't know what it is or how it works)
Never got called a hacker while using it, but the improved reflexes and knowledge of sounds/hiding spots I kept after deleting the bot meant I got called a hacker a few times. Hell, in some way the bot is still helping me, as long as there is no motion blur I'm capable of instantly stopping on a target, no matter how fast or far I had to turn for it.(played CSS with 10 sensitivity and 1600dpi and I was a decent player)

Not these days, but back when I played CoD2 and sometimes in 4 I did.

You don't have people shouting or whining at you in TF2 for killing them, it's beautiful.

Very, very rarely. More often I've been accused of sucking at a game and using the easy option that apparently anyone can do to kill enemies. For example, Halo: Custom Edition a few months ago, I played on a map that came with the original game and ended up as the gunner on a rocket launcher equipped Warthog. The driver drove around in circles around one enemy while I shot at him with the rockets. The enemy died, and subsequently started swearing and sending nasty messages accusing me of being crap and only being able to use cheap tactics to play. Never mind that I'd used other weapons and tactics to kill him mostly, as well as others, in the game and on different maps, plus the fact that using rockets is especially risky close-up and having to continuously adjust your aim when driving means that shooting rockets from a Warthog is actually very difficult and a skilled task. Basically, the guy was a sore loser. He quit after I killed him about five more times for god measure...

On that note, I have often played (mainly on Halo's Blood Gulch map) against people who I swear were using aimbots, due to the fact they were spawn-camping with sniper rifles from the other side of the map and killing me as soon as I spawned, within the second, every time. I never called anyone out on it though, but there were definitely aimbots in use by a lot of people, at least on that map.

There's a free FPS game called War Rock that you can download. Now it's been 4-5 years since I last played it, but you couldn't get one kill without being accused of hacking and someone trying to kick you.[/quote

I remember that. There were so many accusations of hacking, almost always from incompetent players. When a guy with a positive kill/death ratio called someone a hacker, there was a slightly higher chance that he was right; still, very close to 0%.

One match stands out very well in my memory. There was this enemy sniper, and a complete noob on my team said, "He's hacking! I shot him and he didn't die!"
I saw their gunfight - it was at long range, and the noob was using a submachine gun. So I snuck up behind the sniper and typed, "If he was a hacker, could I do THIS?"

I pressed Enter and shot the guy in the head 3 times with a Desert Eagle. He turned and knifed me.

"Oh, so he is a hacker."

This happens with FPS's more than anything. It usually happens when I'm doing well early on as opposed to later in the game. I'd be accused of hacking for having a high kill count. I'd say "what? how? I've been killed 3 times already." Or something like that and if the admin was on the opposing team I'd be kicked. If not, I'd stay. This is why I like 'voting systems' and I've never been an exceptionally good FPS player either. So I can't imagine how often this happens to people that are top players.

I do remember one time in UT2k4 a guy walked in to a room full of the opposing teams (I was one of them) and fired the 'redeemer' everyone died obviously. Except he did not dispite aiming the thing right at his own feet. (You get to watch the action if you wait a few seconds after dying) I cried foul. He was not kicked until he did it 3 more times.

I once shot someone in Call of Duty: World at War, who was standing on a plain field with my k98.
The response: "wallhack"

I never cheat. The worst I do nowdays is go read a FAQ or a guide online. I also don't swear, curse or insult and am generally quite polite and friendly. However, I've been accused of cheating in almost every online RTS I've ever played and my GFWL rating is down to one Star last time I checked.

Online multiplayer is IMO a cesspool and for the most part I steer clear of it nowdays...

I don't think so, although I have accused someone once.

This guy was slaughtering everyone, with headshots on every kill, and had been for the last 'X' games.

This was on CS:S, when you're performing like that its more likely that you're cheating.

In a Gmod add-on called PirateShipWars, I was accused multiple times by a 12-year old of cheating, because I managed to give him a few headshots from across the map with my musket.

There was nothing but open water there, how could I not hit him in his little boat?

I've only been accused of hacking in War Rock because hackers got so common there, that anyone who was halfway decent would have "hacker" thrown at them at least once. God I miss that game.... fucking hackers.
