Why do you guys think of him? Tell me oh and if there is another thread of this I don't care. So don't bother me with your nautical nonsense. Just tell me if you like the man or not. And also if you like you can vote whether you voted for him or not. And to answer anyones question. I do not vote becasue. I did not like any of the candidates this year.
Your attitude is horrible, dude. You don't care if there is another thread? You don't bother to check? Posting here must not mean that much to you, by that standpoint. You made a post to specifically divide people, asking if they voted for him or not, with no substance behind your reasons. Also, you ask us to vote for something, and there is no poll. This is not a good thread to have, amn. Nothing good can come of it, and you should know this.
I'm sorry I hurt your delicate little feelings. You must be on your menstrol. Do you wan't me to get you some chocolate flavored midol? By quoting me you must seriously think I care about your meaningless gripe. Oh boo hoo he posted a topic that may cause a disagreement. Or there might be a similar thread. Who cares? Apparently your the only one who does.
Your spelling is terrible. You didn't even spell "Barack Obama" right in your poll, which you added after I said you didn't have one. You are welcome for that, no need to thank me. I have no idea what being on "menstrol" is, perhaps you could use an actual word if you want to insult me next time. I said nothing about there being a similar thread, even though there's many of them, if you would have bothered to do a search. Look, these forums have a certain decorum, and I'm proud to be a part of an intelligent community with dedicated posters who respect each other. You, on the other hand, have nothing but disrespect for other peoples opinions, and it shows.

Could not vote, being an Australian. Would of, though. America needs some change, or at least the image of it. America's been roughly the same for the past few years, still fighting that war in Iraq and still watching Capitalism and Environmentalism grind the nation to a halt.

I didn't vote because I'm in another country, anyway it's going to be fun to watch America slowly collapse like a flange in a cupboard

I put down that yes I voted for him, however, I'm Canadian so really I didn't. If I were American I would have though.

I voted for him but only because the American Corporate Party was once again illegally running two candidates.

I put yes b/c I would have if I could. I'm only 15, so it would gave been a bit hard...
Also: to the australian bush supporter, the dems have controlled Congress for the last TWO years. 2005, 2006? Republicans controlled Congress. True, the dems haven't done any better, they sorta just let Bush be Bush, but I'm hoping that that will change on 1/10/09.

Edit: Whoops, wrong person. Sgt.Looney is who I mean.

I voted for myself

Obama isn't a godsend but he isn't an idiot either. I think he'll be able to fix roughly about half the problem.

Well, I voted McCain, being a lifelong repub, but in truth, neither candidate was really all that compelling. The GOP has lost it's way, it's true, so I am thinking positive in that an Obama win will realign the party. So, I will enjoy watching this country slowly turn against their golden child over the next four years. I do like a lot of Obama's cabinet picks, but the media will turn against him around march, followed quickly by the sheeple. To be honest, Newt is my number one man, being one of only two politicians (slick willy being the other) that I think can compete with Putin on the world stage.

I don't see how that would be fun, America isn't filled with "Americans", it's filled with people. And America isn't going to "collapse" any time soon. We just need to get our ish together.
