I really want to try one out, but my PC barely meets the requirements;

Before I want to even consider buying one, I want to see how it performs in the real world with real users, and on what hardware, etc.

Nah, I'm still pretty wary of this VR thing.
I know a lot of people are jumping on the hype train but, like Extra Credits pointed out in a vid they did, there is a lot to be skeptical about, namely considering how fractured a lot of the market is between the Rift, Vibe and the PS4 VR set.

Every part of me wants to try this out really REALLY badly, but I just can't justify or afford that much money right now. I have a trip coming up in August and I'm saving most of my extra cash on that, which hasn't amounted to much so far.

That being said, I'm "ready" for it, ostensibly. The only issue the VR demo seems to have a problem with is my OS.
