Well, some guy shot at a policeman, policeman shot back and killed.

as the police arn't allowed to be armed, it cause a protest, which evolved into a riot.

The riot has now went out of control, and people are using it as an excuse to loot a pillage.

The original incident is forgotten, it was only a trigger cause no-one likes the toris.
