Are we allowed to play with every class, or are we limited to only one or two, thus hampering which stories we can experience?

Yes, you can play every class to lvl 50.

New chapters and a higher level cap will be coming with the 'Rise of the Hutt Cartels' expansion.

You do not have to delete your characters to get new slots. Just buy a month sub, or spend five bucks on cartel coins to get 'preferred' status and you keep whatever you unlocked previous. Meaning if you have 8 characters, you have 8 characters.

I signed up and am downloading it at the moment. I don't intend to pay anything, though. Also, why the hell do they ask me for my phone number? And why does my mobile have too many digits for them??? I wrote it without the country code, in the end.

Question: Is there a way to earn currency in game to spend on account upgrades? That will determine whether or not I give this a shot.

The only F2P model I've seen and approve of is Turbine's DDO and LotRO. Both games have ways to earn Turbine points to spend on more content, removal of caps, etc., without having to spend cash.

You'd like star trek online then, dilithium works the same way.
