Poll: One game for Christmas.

All right, I've been debating this for a while and thought, "hey, why not ask the Escapists?". The question is: If I could only ask for one game this Christmas, what would it be, preferably from this list but other answers are welcome. Also give reasons.

Assassin's Creed 2
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Left 4 Dead 2
(possibly a pre-order of) Bioshock 2
or another if you can think of a better one.

I should say that I thought the first Assassin's Creed was AWESOME, I've never played the first Left 4 Dead or Bioshock but they look like something I could really get into, and the only Call of Duty I've played is World at War and I really liked that, soooooo, it's all up to you Escapists, and whatever happens- I entirely blame you. Thanks!

I've played AC2, and I can honestly say that it is EXCELLENT! Especially if you liked the first Assassin's Creed.

The thing is, everyone that really wanted CoD already has it. I don't think preorders are the great xmas gift, so of course people are gonna say either L4D2 or AC2.
Personally, I already have L4D2, but since I'm an adult, I've long given up the christmas list thing. If I had to choose one, it'd be AC2

AC2. It's a vast improvement over the first, and since you enjoyed the first, well, it seems like a no-brainer.

For the record, Mass Effect 2 should really, really be on the poll options.

I would personally go with the Special Edition Bioshock 2, if only because it costs more than the special edition of Mass Effect 2. Less money I have to spend when the time comes.

But for the record, do NOT play Bioshock 2 without playing the first. Just don't. The first was an intricate and atmospheric game that will give context and meaning to the second: don't ruin it by skipping ahead.
