I wouldn't advocate it, typing at least. It's harder to tell what someone really means when all you have is a block of text before you, unless you're a good writer, but let's face it who has the time to be waxing lyrical when actually playing a game online?

Aside from that, when it comes to winding people up always give more than you get.

It's not ok but it's not like it should be banned from the internet. Give them a place to shout out everything they think and they will do that and that is ok. Look at /b/.

People can say whatever they want on the internet. That's what it's for (in my opinion at least).

Well, if you say that Racism and Sexism is fine online, then you're an ignorant bastard.

But if you say that Racism and Sexism is not fine online, then you're a conservative asshole.

Soooooooooooo..........I guess I think that Racism and Sexism aren't okay on the internet?

It all depends mainly on the website/online service you're using, if it's lenient and doesn't mind a racial slur every now and again then curse away you bigot you! If it's strict and doesn't appreciate any kind of racism at all or something then you're a troll you bigot you!

Obviously, blatant Racism and Sexism ("LOL, urs a fuckin' niggha, we slavze yo asses!" for exapmle) is never acceptable, there's something called common curtosy that even the internet shouldn't be free from. Just because you're anoynemous doesn't mean you have the right to say anything you want unless the website/online service allows it.

For example, the Escapist encourages free speech, but it's not a place where you can say whatever you want. If you get off the handle with your slurs, you would get banned. If you'reo n 4chan, however, you'd probably get off just find (at least on *coughcough/b/coughcough*).

Sooooooooooooo.............it depends.

People need to not take shit said to them online seriously and realize how fucking stupid people are on the internet.

Granted, yes, get rid of both racism and sexism, but people can help by not caring right now. It'll stop eventually.

There's not much you can do to stop this online, so you're given two choices; mute the fucker, or get smart and flame the shit out of them.

a man runs over a women, whose fault is it?

the man's, what was he doing driving in the kitchen?
/jokes

im not really sexist and i think both sexism and racism are wrong anywhere
(though what yuo define as sexist and racist is another matter - eg. i dont think a women should get payed leave if she gets pregnant within 6 months of taking a new job, it's just deceitful and puts a lot of stress of the manager who has to find and pay a replacement as well as her - it's not a sexist view, it's a moral one
i also dont think full head and body garbs should be allowed by school teachers since it's not even specifically in the qu'ran and brings up all sorts of identification issues - not racism, just the difference of 2 cultures)
