Considering my clone would look freakishly like my sister (who I've been told I look like the male version of), sex is way outta the question. We'd probably just look at each other blankly then start playing games.

There could be a few applications for a female clone, like going shopping and watching romantic comedies with my girlfriend for me so I don't have to.

Knowing me, it'd take a while for either of us to start questioning what the hell's going on...

Yea, it has the same personality and memories, but from the moment it's "born" then it starts to gain it's own memories, making it slightly different.
