Poll: Orcs, Elves or Dwarfs?

Someone who can live long, are peaceful, but can snipe people from extreme distances while riding on horseback. Who cares how awesome the others are at close range, when Elves can snipe them out before they even get close?

Standard fantasy? Dwarves all the way. Elves are all stuck up know it all tools. Warcraft Orcs rule though (back when Warcraft was a respectable series)

I'll take the kind of elves that move really frakking fast, blend into the shadows, and wields a suppressed SMG, please. Elves would be my favourite if they ditched the nature loving act and went for technology and a level in badass. As it stands, I like the dwarves because they dig the tech thing.

Dude, check out the Iosan Elves in Privateer Press' Iron Kingdoms - They're still nature loving, but they're backed up by giant magical glass robots and go out of their way to torture and kill the humans that they believe are destroying the land with their machinery.

Check out the Ninjas, Pirates or Others thread from this morning. The reason I got more comments was due to what I put. Also... seriously? It's a thread... nothing more. The fact that I put the good 30+ minutes into writing the BB code and bug checking should be more than enough of a reason for you to at least comment positively. Rather than focusing on an unneccessary part of the thread.

yes its a thread, so nothing to write death threats about, but if you put in the time and effort to ask the question, people are going to make scrutinising remarks. if this was in the pub with some like minded people, then yes, you would have got an honest opinion and maybe some idle banter. but as you say, putting in your well used and no doubt valuable 30 mins to get, as you seem to have stated that you expected, no replies of notice or worth other than just one word answers, or some sort of elated thrill that people agree with you, then you deserve everything you get.

No, I posted the thread to see people's opinions based on a small project I'm working on. I think Dwarfs are cool, but before making the thread, I was going to vote for Elves as well. I'm interested in other people's opinion's. Based on my afformentioned project.

Edit: And isn't the elvish tendency to fuck anything, if anything, a sign of heterosexuality taken to the extreme? I swear, I once saw a half-elf shrub. They're almost as bad as dragons.
