For the time being, I'm actually not too concerned with relationships. Reason for this is, I'm moving away to college in 4 months, so any relationship before then is doomed to fail.lonercs said:I say drop radio and pick up a girlfriend. Do you hang out with friends? If not, there's your problem.
I'm doing the TV station job (my bad, said it was a radio station job) to get experience which will (hopefully) help me with college (Radio Broadcasting, couldn't get a job at a radio station though) and to make my resume look good.
As for hanging out with friends, I haven't hung out in 5 months. I'd quite frequently call my friends or talk to them on MSN (including a girl I was going to ask out but never got the chance) to make plans to hang out. But they were always busy, with schoolwork, their job, their girlfriend/boyfriend, hanging out with other friends, whatever.
So eventually I just stopped caring. Instead of calling one of my friends and waiting for them to call back (which they don't), I would just go outside and go running. Much better use of my time.
Long story short: I'm focusing on saving money (by not going out with friends to movies/restaurants) and working out (instead of hanging out/dating) for college which will help me out in the not-so-long-run.
