No voting option for salaried work. I work OT, alot. It's part of my job. I work in IT and I'm on a short electronic leash (pager, cell phone and laptop with air card always with me). If production is down or slow I'm on the keyboard. I've spent multiple days working without break when there's a serious problem or a go-live. On the plus side though, I'm paid well (though never enough of course) and if I just can't deal with getting dressed and going into the office occasionally I'll either take a couple days comp time or work from home.
