Poll: Patapon 3

Hey, Patapon 3 is coming out tomorrow (April 12th) if you might not of noticed. Though, i am sure if you have already played the first and second one, and liked them, you would have been so eager as to already have pre-ordered it. Hmmm... And I see that, with a lot of people, the Patapon series is the sort the game that you either hate, love, or just don't care.

So, i was just curious as to know how many fellow Escapists feel about the series. Also, that and I would like to know specifically why you might of disliked about the game or why you think it just didn't grab your attention?

Edit: Oh, I forgot to put up a counter-question for those of you who like the game... How do feel about the changes from Patapon 1 to the third game of the series (in particular, that Patapon 3 is now more RPG oriented)?

I'm surprised they released the Public Beta so early. I would have sweared the game was already out.
I loved the beta. Very fun. Only bit I hated was when you'd come back to the game after a while, your hero and his stuff would be gone. So i'd have to start as the blue spearman again. Annoying as hell.

lol, I didn't think it was that bad... The cheapest PSP I could find on Gamestop was an old-refurbished 1000 for about a hundred bucks... So, I feel for you, I truly do...

I never beat the first. I got stuck on the desert level, and ended up formatting the memory stick, so I should probably redownload it. It was fun.

This, exactly. I would totally buy a PSP off a friend for this series alone. I played the first level of the first entry for about thirty minutes, and adored it.
