in all seriousness, The PC is the only place to play Hard Reset and there are more flash games released daily on the PC than the US ever saw on the Dreamcast. Of course the PC is a console you silly, silly bot.

It's not a console. It's a system that can be built primarily for gaming, if one wishes, or for multimedia or whatever, but it's not a console.
