I said the first option, but I would replace "high" with "specific". You're looking for something ridiculously specific, and if you won't settle for anything else, you'll probably never find what you're looking for.

Um. Good luck I guess?

Your search will be difficult and long. You have a better chance of landing it with a meme.

Oh wait.

Ok, ok. I bring this topic back up not only to test out my new, awesome powers of necromancy, but to clarify something.

The picture doesn't mean I'm looking for a ANIME CHARACTER. It was simply the best picture I had on hand of the basic body type I like. I doesn't mean I want Soi Fong.
So you just thnk that the best possible partner for you is a small, skinny, angry asian girl?

Erm... I play the insane card. Sort of...

Alright here's how it is, I'm not gonna make any assumptions of how old you are but no matter your age I don't think your quite grasping the concept of love. Or you don't care about it and are VERY shallow. Even if you managed to find this person there's a good chance wouldn't like her. Don't blame me,blame horomones. Also the chances of this person existing and you finding her...near impossible(I never like probability though, stupid concept)

So I say unto you, good luck but prepare to settle for something completely different.

... One in one billion. We're going in circles, guys.

On topic, I would say your thinking is as human as it gets. It's not fair for anyone to say you can't have far fetched fantasies (if you'll pardon the alliteration). That's what people do. They wish they had something (like love) and imagine a situation that would fit their wants (dating a girl like that).

I can certainly relate on this topic. For a long time, I spent a LOT of time thinking about what the perfect girl would be like. Now I'm dating someone who's almost the exact opposite. I'm a rising sophomore in high school, so I'm sure it won't last, but this is my first real girl friend, and I'm learning a lot more about myself from this experience than I thought I would.

Basically, the girl I imagined was tall and quiet and a geek/nerd. The girl I'm dating now is short and EXTREMELY extroverted and doesn't know much about computers, if anything. First played a video game, like, a year ago. My point is that you learn, once you meet someone you really like, that your tastes vary greatly from your expectations of your tastes. I hear people having this same kind of experience all the time, like my brother, who's several years older than me and a fountain of dating knowledge. So the idea of this girl can really be as out there as you want, but I say it's totally normal. She could have a sword the size of just about any male Final Fantasy protagonist, be a master of alchemy, or whatever. I say it's fine, because it's a fantasy. Fantasy's are SUPPOSED to be ridiculous, because the point of them is to indulge you're wildest desires, the ones that either can't be or haven't been fulfilled in real life. But I think you'll learn in time that the girl you really want is nothing like that. Or maybe she is something like that. But you won't bother comparing her to your fantasy and being disappointed, you'll just like her. 'Cause, as far as I can tell, that's how life and love work.

Hmm...

Insane? No. Unrealistic? Definitely.

I'm not exactly sure how rigidly you adhere to the standards you have set, but if you don't allow any bending room, you've got a snowball's chance in hell of ever finding anyone that aligns with all your ideals. After all, it's just a fantasy or an ideal; last I checked, people don't tend to live up to them.

But then again, I'm a misanthrope, so maybe me giving advice/my opinion on these kind of things is stupid. :D

Meh, perfection is boring anyway. I'd say you aren't insane, just a bit choosy, which is by no means a bad thing.

Words.
Can anyone honestly say that the sword comment didn't make them stop and think for a second?

I can't.

Hey, don't litsen to ney-sayers.

If that is what you find attractive and consider 'perfection', go ahead.

It isn't my view for perfection and maybe not the other guys either. But if that is what you think is beautiful, no man has the right to tell you that your wrong.

Unless she's underage that is ;-)

Perfection is in the eye of the beholder, like beauty. There are many things people would change that others wouldn't because they think it's perfect. Like the original Star Wars movies (okay, Lucas!?)

funny, my girlfriend looks almost like that except with blonde and longer hair, hazel eyes, and, well, doesn't look like a cartoon.
